Thank you to everyone that turned out on a glorious sunny day to make our Boxing Day races a very special day. We had 128 runners and 8 walkers, which was great for a day sandwiched between two parkruns! Our athletes made up nearly a third of the runners, which helped make the day feel particularly special.
A big thank you to Judith Carder and Paula Blackledge, who put in a lot of work behind the scenes to make this race happen each year. Also to all the volunteers, who were mostly from our own club, who made the event such a success, and to Chris Carter for once again starting the race and being there to cheer everyone in!
