Congratulations to Ava James who has moved to No.2 on the British Athletics U20W All Time 3000m Steeplechase list!!
At the Loughborough International last weekend, B&HAC’s Ava James further extended her own recently set Club & County records running the 3000m Steeplechase event in 10:06.78
Ava now sits just behind Emily Pidgeon’s long-standing mark of 10:06.12, set in 2005, before Ava was born!
It was a brilliant performance, taking 4 seconds off her run from May 2nd, and sets new records for both the Club & County U20W & SW categories!
