The Sussex Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday, 3rd January 2009 at Stanmer Park, Brighton. A number of Brighton and Hove City AC athletes will be looking to qualify to run for Sussex in the Inter Counties Cross Championships in Nottingham in March.

2.25 Under 20/Senior Women 4.0 Miles (6,400m)
Brighton and Hove City AC will be looking to retain the team gold medals they won last year in the Senior Men, U17 Men and U13 Girls and improve upon the silver medals they won in the U15 Boys, U13 Boys and the Senior Women age categories. There are also a handful of Brighton and Hove athletes with a good chance of individual medals.
We could currently use a few extra marshalls (not necessarily for the whole programme, even half an hour to cover a break would help) and if any club members or supporters could help this would be greatly appreciated. If you can help please report to Keith Donno or Richard Carter on the day.
