Track – 85 points, Jumps – 35 points, Throws – 15 points

Another superb result from the Mens team with a second win out of two matches. Team highlight was the 35 points out of 40 in the jumps including all 4 ‘B’ string results. A number of great performances by Shaun Leigh gained him the man of the match award, but he was pushed all the way by all his team-mates on the track and field.

As usually I would like to thank the superb spirit of the athletes, the large amount of support that came down to Portsmouth to cheer the team on and our officials Bern Polden, Chris Carter, Peter Witcomb and Graham Ingram who help keep the event moving.

NEXT MATCH IS AT HOME ON JUNE 7TH – ALL THE ATHLETES WOULD LOVE YOU TO COME DOWN TO SUPPORT THEM CONTINUE THEIR QUEST FOR PROMOTION BACK TO DIVISION ONE.
