In his second International appearance for England, Brighton & Hove’s Stephen Ferroni had an excellent race on Sunday, when he finished third in the Junior cross-country event at Elgoibar in Spain.
Over a fast but hilly course the 18-year old was the second England runner to finish clocking 21:01 to Southampton’s Mahamed Mahamed who ran 20:49 in second place behind the French runner Hugo Hay.
