Howard Bristow ran an excellent 31.07 personal best for 6th place at the Eastleigh 10k on Sunday, while Helena Tobin also delivered a PB to finish 4th woman in 36.11. Howard was joined by Phil Caine, Ashley Humphreys and David Benton to scoop the third team prize, with Phil in particular taking over a minute off his previous best to register an impressive 32.31. Zared Hale also ran a new best time to finish in 34.35, just behind Louis Taub (34.26) and ahead of Niall Robinson and Adam Tribe. A great day’s racing from the B+H road-runners.
