A rather delayed, but BIG congratulations to Freya, who broke the club record in the Senior Women’s Hammer Throw back in April at the Winchester Season Opener, throwing 48.30m
Freya also won the Gold medal at the Sussex Champs a few weeks back with another throw that beat the previous record, throwing 45.61m and another great throw of 48.22m at the SAL just over a week ago too!
The previous Senior Women’s record of 43.58m was held by Kate McCowan and was set 10 years ago in 2014!!
