On her last throw at the England Athletics age group championships in Bedford, Lizzie Korczak has broken her own u20 Sussex javelin record, thrown over 50m for the first time and secured her seat on the plane to the European U20 Championships next month, after launching her spear out to 
50.38m to win the competition. Way to go Lizzie!
