Brighton and Hove athlete Amber Anning has continued her stellar season by breaking her own Sussex AA 400m record of 50.43 seconds. Competing at the Tom Jones Invitational in Florida, USA, for the University of Arkansas, Amber ran 50.08 seconds, improving her previous outdoor best by 1.5 seconds.
This achievement, which placed her third in the elite collegiate invite race, also elevates her to number seven on the British Athletics All-Time List.
