BOYS COME GOOD AT GOODWOOD

U13 Boys

Thomas, Stephen, Henry, George, Samura and Aidan

The u13’s were first off in the Brooks cross country league at Goodwood and they lived up to expectations with some fine performances. Stephen Ferroni (10.54) ran well clear of clubmate Samura Kamara (11.21) to fill the first two places, with George Turner (12.05) coming home in 11th to win the team race by 19 points.  There were also some solid performances in the ‘B’ string with Thomas Law (12.29) in 18th and Isaac Wright (13.01) claiming 26th.

 

U15 Boys

The u15 boys finished an encouraging 7th position with James Oliver (15.32) in 5th, Josh Freed (17.12) in 20th and a brave run from Harry Sullivan(19.48) in 35th who was having his first race since badly breaking his leg earlier this year.

U17 Men

In the u17,s there was another great team performance as Alex Rice (16.39) in 4th, Ian Crowe-Wright (17.14) in 6th and Charlie Noakes (18.11) in 15th clinched  first spot. Lewis Bertand-Shelton (18.18) and Harvey Noakes (19.37) also ran well to complete a fine day for the boys!

THE NEXT LEAGUE MATCH WILL BE AT PLUMPTON COLLEGE ON THE 27th OF NOVEMBER. So come along!!!
