Alex Riley and Rachael Wall represented England at the Under 20 Welsh Athletics International at Cardiff International Sports Campus on Saturday, achieving international honours and success.
In the 1500m competition, Alex secured a two-second victory over the silver medalist with a time of 4:05.36. Meanwhile, Rachael was the silver medallist with a javelin throw of 41.56m. Well done both.
