Brighton & Hove’s Helena Tobin smashed her personal best in the Eastleigh 10km Road Race on Sunday, which she won in an impressive manner. Helena clocked 34:34 taking a full minute off her previous best as she finished more than fifty metres clear of Kent A.C’s Amy Clement who recorded 34:34.
There were also personal bests for the first two Sussex and Brighton and Hove runners to finish in the men’s event. Howard Bristow had a fine run to finish fourth in 30:56 and club mate Max Dumbrell iwas 12th in 31:45.
