Well done to all of our athletes who competed in the Southern Indoor Championships at Lee Valley last weekend. There was double delight for under-13 Louis Ashworth, who won both the Long Jump and the 800m and a 10cms personal gave gold to Alex Koloutos in the under-13 girls’ High Jump with a leap of 1.40m. There were superb silvers for Jaiten Best in the U15 Triple Jump and Saul Bennett over 800m.
