Sussex Masters Cross Country Championships, Saturday 18th January 2014, Lancing

January 19, 2014

There were some great performances and many medal winners at Lancing on Saturday.  A team gold for the O45 Women led home by individual bronze medal winner Gail Nerurkar. A five minute margin between O55 victor Judith Carder and the silver medallist in her age group and a team bronze for the O35 Women’s team.
For the men O40 Dave Benton also brought home two medals, an individual silver and the team bronze. John Lowden was 3rd in the O50 Men’s race and last year’s O60 winner Pete Witcomb was delighted with his bronze.
