Sussex AA Masters Championships, 1st June. ON-LINE ENTRY OPEN NOW

If you are 35 or older and you Run, Jump or Throw now is the time to enter the Sussex County Masters Championships. It’s happening on the 1st June at Ewell Court, Poole Road, Epsom, Surrey KT19 9RY.

The meeting will be held under WMA and UKA rules with Photo finish and EDM for long throws.

Events are only open to athletes aged 35 and over.

Entry will be £5 per event plus PayPal booking fee (regardless of number of events entered).

Closing date for entries 18th May – NO LATE ENTRIES and NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY

This year’s event is the Surrey County AA Masters Championships, Sussex County AA Championships incorporating VAC Championships. Due to the expected increase in numbers we are not able to open the event to guests.

Due to the change in entries the timetable will be sent to each athlete ASAP after the closing date, however the expected start time for the field events is 10am and the track is 12 noon.

To enter the Surrey County AA Masters Championships, Sussex County AA Championships you must possess a current Surrey or Sussex qualification. Details of the UKA rules regarding County qualification can be found at www.surreyathletics.org.uk/qualification where there is also a definition of what constitutes the county of Surrey for this purpose.

To enter a County Championship you must not have competed in another county’s championship nor have represented another county in inter-county competition during the current competition year which commenced on 1st October 2013.

All field events, with the exception of the pole vault and high jump, will be limited to four trials.

Due to a current low number of field officials there may be a need to cancel some field events for safety reasons, however athletes will be notified of any cancellations ASAP after the closing date and will receive a refund for these events.

County and VAC members only have to enter their chosen events once, we will work out who has won a County medal and VAC medal as part of the results service.  If you are a member of VAC please ensure that you tick both your County and VAC in the ‘Athlete Type’ section.

Surrey medals will be award to the first three athletes in all events however many people have entered or are in the age category and who have reached the Medal Standard. Surrey will be using the BMAF merit standards which can be find at http://www.bmaf.org.uk/merit/index.asp

Sussex medals will be awarded to the first three athletes in all events however many people have entered or are in the age category and who have reached the Medal Standard.

VAC medals will be awarded to the first three athletes in all events however many people have entered or are in the age category and who have reached the Medal Standard.

If you booked last year you are already registered on the site and do not need to create a new account, if you have not used the JCT Sports Solutions Website to book onto an event you will need to create an account and then you will be able to book your events. All payments are taken via PayPal but you do not need to have or create an account.
