Perfectly Paced Josh

March 14, 2011

Last Tuesday 41 of the club’s athletes rose to the Soleus Perfect Pace Challenge. Soleus invited B&H runners to complete two 400m laps, one wearing a Soleus watch the second without. The goal was for the runner to get as close to their first lap time as possible, demonstrating good pace judgement (Perfect Pace).

11 year old Josh Fitzgerald triumphed with a time difference of a mere 0.06 seconds between his two laps.  Josh was rewarded with a Soleus watch.
We had a particularly good showing from the under 13’s  – who made up the majority of runners. Well done to everyone who took part.
