Following on from the success of earlier sessions and a strong turnout for the 1K open at K2 earlier in the month, Peter Selby will be running another race walk training night at Withdean Stadium this Friday 23rd May.
Peter will again give instruction to novices and improvers on technique and rules. Complete beginners are welcome. The session is free and available to all would be walkers aged 9 to veteran, including non-club members and members of other clubs. Try something new and bring a friend.
